Agency Relationships
When the listing agreement is signed, I become your exclusive agent. I will be representing your interests during the marketing, offer presentation, financing and escrow phases of the transaction. All other agents, including those in my office, do not have an agency relationship with you and usually have agency relationships with the buyer they are working with.
My manager, Loretta Larson, will represent you exclusively as well, unless another agent in my office is representing the buyer for your home. In this case she would become a dual agent, representing both you and the buyer.
This would not change my exclusive representation to you. I could become a dual agent, however, if I sold your home to a buyer whom I had an agency relationship with. This would only happen with the buyer's and your written permission.
