Getting to Know the Purchase Agreement

Now is a good time to get acquainted with the purchase agreement, before the home search begins. When you find the right house it may be important to act quickly, and I do not want to rush you through a contract that affects your legal rights and responsibilities. On our second meeting, prior to looking at houses, I will go over the purchase agreement with you.

How long this takes will depend on your level of interest. Typically it takes between half an hour to one full hour. I suggest you review the purchase forms in advance so that you have a chance to formulate any questions you might have.
